Depending on the tide, steps to the water could range from 15 - 20 steps,
They are right on the water overlooking 'Malibu Beach Inn Beach', a state beach,
aka Malibu Lagoon Beach or Malibu Beach. On one side of the pier is the famous surfing spot
call 'Surfriders Beach' and on the other side of the pier is Malibu Beach and the Inn.
